The Phillipa in 100% Modal is a super cute mini skirt, perfect for any occasion.
The skirt features an original DEVOI in-house hand-painted print, designed at our studio in Melbourne.  All our prints are digitally printed using eco-friendly dyes.

The skirt has an elasticated waist, and is stretchy and comfy. The waist measurements here are with the skirt laying flay, off the body.
